As Senior Vice President of Community Development and Homebuilding at Irvine Company, he launched 50 residential programs and built more than 5,500 homes. Throughout his career, he contributed to developing 20 villages with over 35,000 residential units in the U.S.'s largest Master Plan Community, The Irvine Ranch. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.

Mitch also founded Restore R.E. and PadMint.com, technology platforms that were created to solve for data and process gaps in the industry. He is a University of Arizona graduate with a Major in Regional Development.
